63-Year-Old Carol Vorderman Flaunts Her Amazing Figure In New Photos

If you’ve ever seen someone and thought about how they keep their youthful appearance and fit body, you might have been looking at Carol Vorderman. At 63, she has managed to take care of herself really well and continues to amaze many people.

There seems to be a secret behind Carol Vorderman’s ability to keep her fantastic figure and energy. She claims it’s all about maintaining her confidence, sticking to healthy habits, and eating lots of sprouts.

Now, the former Countdown presenter is revealing her lifestyle secrets, including the snacks she carries daily to stay fit.

In an interview with Saga Magazine, she humorously mentioned: “I wear a good bra and jeans that hold you up.” She also shared that she typically eats just one meal a day, usually in the late afternoon.

For snacks, she brings sprouts along and nibbles on them throughout the day. She believes they keep her feeling satisfied and healthy.

Even though she has a fantastic figure, she admits that she hasn’t been feeling her best lately. A busy writing schedule and a knee injury have kept her from hitting the gym. Nevertheless, she continues to push herself as much as she can.

She stated: “I don’t give a toss about what people say about how I look. I’m at a point in life where I couldn’t care less about what others think of me.”

She incorporates weight training into her fitness routine, claiming it helps her stay strong. She also mentioned that a personal trainer has really pushed her to her limits. Carol shares her workouts online with her fans, which likely motivates both her and others.

There’s a lot of talk about how she maintains her amazing figure, but she insists that cosmetic enhancements aren’t involved. “I can promise you, I haven’t had any bottom implants,” she joked. “It’s the same natural shape—just the Vorderman family rear. It’s a family trait.”

When it comes to her diet, she’s open and has no secrets. She got rid of her scales back in 1999 and now focuses on how she feels instead of the number on the scale. She eats whole, unprocessed foods, detoxes every six months, and treats herself every now and then.

She stated: “It’s not about counting calories. It’s about being aware of what we eat and concentrating on eating more, not less.”

She often attends retreats for detoxing and revealed that she lost a dress size in 2022. During that period, she said: “I’m full of energy. I haven’t fit into these shorts in years, and now they’re too loose. Boom!”

Even so, she doesn’t shy away from enjoying a hearty breakfast sometimes, which includes bacon and fresh eggs.
